Lemoenkloof Self Catering Farm Accommodation is situated on a wine farm just outside Klawer on the N7 en route to Cape Town and 500m from the Lemoenkloof turn off on a gravel road. The accommodation consists of 3 family units and 2 detached units for couples or single travellers to choose from.

The farm borders Klawer Wine Cellar with their award-winning Birdfield wines. The Olifantsriver valley is known for its fine wines and beautiful flowers during the winter. Here guests can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings and rural lifestyle.

We originally booked into another establishment in Klawer and were bitterly disappointed... it was late afternoon and we knew we had to find alternative accommodation fast, as the sun would soon be setting, and we didn't know the town.

We discovered Lemoenkloof Farm on Google and made enquiries for a booking, Lazelle was so helpful and kind, we got lost a few times and both Lazelle and her husband Jaco were astonishingly patient and genuinely concerned.

We arrived to a very warm welcome and were pleasantly surprised when we were lead to our new accommodation.

In a lovely setting, with beautiful views, we settled in to the comfort of a clean and well planned cottage that saw to all our needs.

The owners are incredibly hospitable and accommodating - Lemoenkloof Farm is an absolute Gem, an oasis that does local tourism in Klawer proud.

After our initial shock we were certain we would never return to Klawer ... but Jaco and Lazelle's quick rescue restored our faith that there is plenty to be enjoyed in the little town of Klawer.

We were happy for our experience and will most assuredly return to Lemoenkloof in the near future.

This was one of the best places we stopped. Our group booked 4 rooms. Some rooms accommodate 2 people (double bed) and some 4 people (one double bed and the open area 2 single beds) - note although the double bed is *kind of separate, there is no door to close * (perfect for families). It is very safe, enough place for kids to run around. There are 2 areas where you can braai (as a group) till late. The houses are beautifully decorated and none look the same inside. If you are on your way to the Northern Cape, (for flowers), or Namibia, this is the place to relax / overnight. You can buy a "braai meat pack" there, including wood. The owners respond within minutes, on a WhatsApp message. We will go back.

Great place to stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. Warm and homely feeling. Friendly hosts who are available at any time you need them.

My wife & I spend a night at Lemoenkloof unit 4. This is the smallest of their units but still have ample space . It is well equipped with all the basics one need in a self catering unit.

Jaco is an excellent host and went out of his way to make our stay pleasant.

We had a very comfortable night and will return.
